What We Need

Donations to Global Village Beijing go toward the development of civil society and sustainable development in China. In addition, funds go toward promoting public environmental awareness and education through television programs and mass media campaigns. Such generosity ensures that GVB can continue to initiate grassroots programs designed to increase public awareness of environmental protection and encourage mass participation. Additionally, funds are used to host environmental education campaigns that not only promote green living in rural and urban communities, but also help nurture civil society through increased autonomy and decision-making at the village level.
